A Career Born Out Of A Passion For Makeup.

Danielle's love for make up started when she was just a little girl. From the age of 4 to 18 she was a competitive Irish dancer, winning Regional and National titles. Her love for make-up grew when she took to the stage as leading lady in a professional Irish dancing show, where she performed for thousands of people in various countries around the World.

When Danielle returned to the UK from touring the World, she pursued her passion for makeup and enrolled in a two year course at the University College of Birmingham, where she was accredited a level 2 in beauty and a level 3 in make up and special effects.

Danielle's dream, since she was 11 years old, was to work for the world renowned “MAC Cosmetics” company. Her dreams became a reality only one week after leaving make-up school, she went onto work for MAC cosmetics for seven amazing years. Danielle had such an incredible career with MAC, she was certified to the highest level within the company within just a few years. She went on to be selected to be part of the training and mentoring team in the UK and Ireland and also the elite events pro team, where she travelled to do make-up at events such as London fashion week and the Laurence Olivier Awards. Two of Danielle's career highlights are working alongside the legendary Val Garland and being featured in VOGUE magazine.

A few years into her career at MAC, Danielle knew it was time to step into a new phase of her makeup career and started her company “Look By Danielle Guiden”, offering make up services for bridal make up, special occasion make up and make up lessons. Danielle's passion to help people look and feel amazing as well as build their confidence has enabled her dream to become a reality and  her brand flourish into what it is today.

Since the launch of “Look by Danielle Guiden” in 2014, she has completed make-up for thousands of women and has since been featured in many bridal publications, including “Your West Midland wedding”, “Wedding ideas”and “Wedding bizarre”.

Danielle now travels globally for bridal make up and has been flown to Croatia, Marbella, Palma, Lake Como, Faro, Galway and Limerick along with many more.

Danielle is always honoured to be selected to be a bridal makeup artist, as well as teach the art of makeup to women for them to gain confidence both in their skill and themselves. Danielle looks forward to continue offering all these services to many more women in the years to come.
